purchased your Steel Door Armor from us, a locksmith or an authorized
dealer and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
are entitled to a full refund. To qualify for a refund, simply comply
with the following: (1) return the Product to Steel Door Armor at
the address listed postage prepaid, (2) include the original purchase
receipt stating the purchase date and purchase amount, (3) make sure
the Product is free from damage, alteration, abuse or misuse, and
(4) provide us your name and mailing address.
Q: If I damage Steel Door Armor and need to replace it, what
should I do?
A: You may exchange the Steel Door Armor but it will be subject to
a re-stocking fee.
Q: What is a re-stocking fee? A The re-stocking fee covers the handling
and logistic expenses associated with returned items.
A: restocking fee will never be charged if there is a manufacturing
defect with your product or if we made a mistake on your order. We

not fit my application. What should I do?
A: You may exchange the Steel Door Armor but your return may
be subject to a re-stocking fee if there was an ordering error on

A: You may return the Steel Door Armor within 30 days but your
